1 Month (4 week) Plan
Get trek and trail fit for that extended day adventure. Build specific strength, fitness and resilience over 4 weeks
4 Week Training Plan:
• A week by week program that consists of cardio, strength and conditioning training.
• All exercises are outlined and come with a pictorial guide or video support to ensure you maintain correct technique.
• Weekly emails to check on your progress.
• Access to a support network and to our exclusive Facebook Community group – BU Adventures Peak Performance.
• Options to upgrade your membership to include one on one consultation with Maz
